When Caroline is unable to take cash out from her local ATM, she meets up with her bank personnel to retrieve the money. However, the surveillance camera has captured her in an awkward moment, thus Caroline is too embarrassed to let the manager view the tape of her transaction. Meanwhile, Richard finds it difficult to end a relationship with an unstable woman named Shelley.
