In Caroline in the City Eric Lutes played a part of Del Cassidy. Born 19 August 1962 in Charleston, Rhode Island, Eric began caught the acting the summer before he started college when friends encouraged him to audition for a community production of Pajama Game. He landed the role and was hooked. Eric went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting from the University of Rhode Island. After several commercial spots, Eric moved to New York and appeared in many off-Broadway productions before finally making the move to Los Angeles where he landed the role on Caroline in the City.
